The Skye Canyon home sales market saw 27 homes close in the past 30 days, ending on June 18. The most expensive home sold was for $700,000 on Shifting Skye Street. The 2,897-square-foot, two-story home was originally built in 2025 and closed on May 22. The price was $242 per square foot.
