The most expensive home sold was for $685,000 on Wildflower Vista Aveue. The 3,533-square-foot, two-story home was originally built in 2017 and closed on Dec. 9. The price was $194 per square foot.
The least expensive home was a two-story home on Outer Hebrides Avenue, a 2,093-square-foot home that sold for $365,000 on Nov. 24. The home was built in 2020 and sold for $174 per square foot.
