The most expensive home sold was for $738,000 on Ponderosa Skye Court. The 3,235-square-foot, two-story home was originally built in 2017 and closed on Sept. 17. The price was $228 per square foot.
The least expensive home was a two-story home on Mojave Mountain Street, a 1,570-square-foot home that sold for $425,000 on Aug. 29. The home was built in 2022 and sold for $271 per square foot.
