The most expensive home sold was for $871,211 on Sequoia Glen Avenue. The 3,084-square-foot, two-story home was originally built by Toll Brothers in 2024 closed on July 25. The price was $282 per square foot.
The least expensive home was a two-story home on Tank Loop Street, a 2,002-square-foot home that sold for $480,000 on Aug. 11. The home was built in 2020 and sold for $240 per square foot.
