Stress and anxiety are rampant today, and the cost to our health is enormous.

“Stress kills” isn’t just a phrase – it’s true. It’s also very aging.
But the good news is: you can change that easily. Your body actually knows how to relax and rebalance. You just have to give it the right signals.
Here are three simple tools to help calm your body and reset your nervous system—naturally and quickly:
1. Intentional Breathing
Box Breathing is used by the Navy Seals when they go into a challenging situation, and it’s easy.
Inhale for four counts, hold for four, exhale for four, and hold for four before inhaling again. This can bring your nervous system back into balance in just a few minutes.
2. Step away—literally
When you feel overwhelmed, take a short break from whatever you’re doing. Go outside, move your body, change your view. A 10-minute walk can do wonders.
3. Tap into your subconscious
Stress often gets “locked in” below the surface. Hypnosis, NLP, and other modalities like Tapping (EFT) and Havening can help gently release it, and restore calm from the inside out.
These tools are just the beginning. I’ve put together a free Cheat Sheet with 10 more ways to reduce stress and anxiety—simple strategies you can start using today.
And as a bonus, you’ll get one of my most popular hypnosis audios, Relax and Let Go – valued at $20.
I also offer a free 30 minute consultation on Zoom. Just text the word RELAX to (714) 331-6699.
