Farmer’s Market: 4-8 p.m., Skye Canyon Park, 1011 W. Skye Canyon Park Drive. Support local farmers by shopping for your produce from the comfort of your community center. The farmer’s market is produced by Fresh 52, farmers and artisan markets.

Saturdays

Back to School Collection Drive: All day, Skye Fitness – Skye Center, Aspire Coffee House. Come drop off school supplies between July 7 and 18. Supplies needed include backpacks, scissors, pencils, crayons, notebooks, erasers, rulers, washable markers, glue sticks, folders, 3-ring notebooks, and paper.

Blast Off In the Basin: 8 p.m., Buckskin Basin Park, 7351 Alexander Road. Fourth of July Celebration and Fireworks. Bring the family and low-back chairs, blankets and plenty of water to see a spectacular aerial display, marching band, music and more. Food trucks will offer refreshments for sale.
