The Skye Canyon home sales market saw 36 homes close in the past 30 days, ending on April 21. The most expensive home sold was for $1.05 million on Powell Springs Street. The 3,259-square-foot, two-story home was originally built in 2022 closed on April. 14. The price was $322 per square foot.
